36" range her sire is 50% Arenosa and her dam is a
Rowbuck mare. Tia should be an unstoppable show mare
and a excellent future broodmare. We would prefer a
show home for Tia and will offer a discount for such a

General Terms of Sales
Buyer has right to have horse inspected by veterinarian at their expense prior to
purchase.
U.S. Coggins, Health Certificate and a Brand Inspection will be provided by seller on
horses with a purchase price of 1000 or more. Horses with a purchase price of
$1000 or less, buyer will be responsible for the cost of the Coggins, Health Certificate
and Brand Inspection.
A variety of payment options may be available, including interest free financing on
most horses. Horses will remain here till paid in full.
Shipping costs are buyer’s expense. We are willing to haul at buyers
expense.
We will be glad to hold your horse free of charge up to 30 days or foals until they are
weaned. After that a fee will be charged for board,
Discounts may be given if more than one horse is purchased.
Deposits and signed contract are required in order to consider a horse sold.
Deposits are nonrefundable.
